Terms of Service for Revealio

1. Introduction

Welcome to Revealio, a mobile application developed by Turtle Tech BV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Revealio app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

By using Revealio, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or if applicable, have received parental consent;
  • Have not previously been suspended or removed from Revealio;
  • Have full power and authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the app, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Revealio, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app;
  • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the app without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

By submitting content to the app (e.g., profile information, selfies), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferrable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights to grant this license;
  • Your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Activities

It is strictly prohibited to promote sex work, alcohol, drugs, and other unlawful activities within the app. Any violation of this policy will result in a permanent ban and immediate termination of your account.

8. Third-Party Services

Revealio integrates with third-party services such Lexington and RevenueCat. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their actions or privacy practices. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Revealio will immediately cease, and all data associated with your account will be irreversibly deleted.

10. Fees and Payments

Some features of Revealio may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the app. All payments are handled via third-party services (e.g., RevenueCat), and are subject to their terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turtle Tech BV and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the app;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts located in Belgium.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on our app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after such changes will constitute your consent to the updated Terms.
